Elicit business needs, document workflows, and enable adoption across DAM platforms
Ensure digital assets are governed, discoverable, reusable, and effectively leveraged across channels
Qualification
Required
10+ years overall experience
5+ years in business analysis for digital / content / platform initiatives
5+ years of experience in business analysis roles, with a focus on digital content or platform projects
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets) or similar DAM platforms
5+ years delivering requirements for DAM, CMS, or digital content platforms
Strong understanding of DAM concepts: metadata, taxonomy, asset lifecycle, governance
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional, global teams
Background in marketing operations, digital marketing, or content strategy
Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and third-party platforms
Excellent communication, stakeholder facilitation, and presentation skills (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI)
