Customer Service Representative - Seasonal
Montgomery Parks Department is seeking seasonal support for the Public Information and Customer Service Office. Responsibilities
Respond accurately and professionally to phone calls, emails, and other written correspondence received through general information channels regarding the department's work area
Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to Montgomery County's citizens and Parks staff
Perform database maintenance, including data entry and organization
Consistently track and work to enhance customer relationships and interactions
Utilize various software systems to manage requests, including but not limited to: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) RainoutLine, TreeKeeper, Microsoft: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Patient, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, self-starters
Polite and professional mannerisms
Comfortable with technology
Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to welcome various interruptions and task juggling
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish)
