Responsibilities
Review and migrate contracts into NAMS
Validate and normalize: Contract terms, Renewal options, Key metadata / critical fields
Perform cleanup work after other client engagement down (ending June)
Work cross-functionally with: Contract teams / Engineering teams / External vendors (fiber/wireline side)
Act as a shared resource between two teams
Support contract data readiness for AI initiatives tied to NAMS
Qualification
Required
Fiber / Wireline Contract Experience
Dark fiber agreements or dark fiber leases
Vendor-facing experience on the fiber side
Strong understanding of telecom contract structures
Strong Contract Fundamentals
Ability to read and interpret contract language
Understand what matters for contract systems (terms, renewals, obligations)
Experience structuring contracts for ingestion into a system like NAMS
