Responsibilities
Install, configure and support desktops and laptops for end users
Install, configure and support peripherals for end users
Provide basic network troubleshooting (cabling, WiFi connectivity, Nic)
Troubleshoot and repair software application problems
Maintain trouble tickets and provide detailed documentation of all work
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Manage and maintain windows clients and support end users
Manage and maintain desktops and laptops
Troubleshoot user software and peripheral device problems
Installation of various technical equipment
Kindly deal with people with a positive attitude
Qualification
Required
MUST BE LOCATED in NASSAU or SUFFOLK, LONG ISLAND, NY
Minimum of 2 years experience (2 year college degree in relevant coursework OR applicable certifications) supporting computer networks
CompTIA Sec+ certification
Experience working on a Windows Active Directory environment
Confident with hardware break/fix is a must
Understanding of network services (DHCP, DNS, Group Policy)
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with executives, engineers, sales people, vendors and peers
Excellent organizational skills with ability to team with others to develop and implement complex projects
Must be neat, organized, and communicate well
Must have a reliable vehicle and a clean and valid NY State Drivers License
