Responsibilities
Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging AI, ML, and LLM techniques
Design, implement, and maintain Python-based experimental pipelines for training, evaluation, and benchmarking
Build reproducible experiments, including data preprocessing, model training, and result analysis
Develop evaluation frameworks to assess model performance, robustness, and behavior
Analyze experimental results and translate findings into actionable technical insights
Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to transition research prototypes into applied solutions
Document experimental methods, results, and findings clearly and thoroughly
Publish research outcomes internally and externally where appropriate
Stay current with academic research and industry advancements in AI and machine learning
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) or equivalent professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong Python programming skills, including scientific computing and ML workflows
Hands-on experience building end-to-end experimental pipelines (data ingestion → model training → evaluation)
Familiarity with ML frameworks and research tools such as PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, NumPy, and similar libraries
Experience with experiment tracking, benchmarking, and reproducibility practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and research findings
Preferred
Prior publications, patents, or applied research experience
Experience working with LLMs, foundation models, or generative AI systems
Familiarity with distributed training, model optimization, or large-scale experimentation
Experience collaborating with applied engineering or MLOps teams
