Responsibilities
Workflow Analysis: Map current-state processes across Workfront, CMS platforms, and Adobe Target personalization engines to identify automation opportunities
System Integration: Partner with technical teams to leverage AEM and Photoshop API capabilities for automated creative asset production
Solution Design: Develop a detailed automation roadmap, including technical requirements and business case prioritization
Pilot Implementation: Build and deploy proof-of-concept automation for high-priority marketing workflows
Documentation: Create technical runbooks and training materials to ensure a smooth transition to internal teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with marketing workflow and CMS tools, specifically Workfront, Adobe Target, and OpenText CMS (or similar platforms)
A solid understanding of personalization engines and the automation of creative asset workflows
Advanced skills in process mapping, gap analysis, and identifying operational inefficiencies
The ability to drive technical results independently within a defined 6-month project timeline
