The successful candidate will be responsible for design, management, and technical direction on civil components of site design projects, while collaborating with team members and clients.

Responsibilities
Perform and provide design, management and technical direction and oversight associated with civil components on site design projects
Deliverables typically include Civil/Site Development, Construction Plans and Specifications and certification of documents
Produce and review technical reports and letters for jurisdictional and agency review
The candidate will assist in maintaining budget, schedule, and quality of Tasks and being up to speed on regulation changes and agency protocols and requirements
The candidate will assist in development of proposals, scopes of work, man-hour estimates and work plans for engineering portions of work pursuits
Assist as a contact for the client and review agencies concerning the engineering aspects of the project as well as attending client and review agencies meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
4-5 years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of regulations associated with the various cities, towns, plan commissions, county, state, and federal authorities
Good verbal and written communications skills required
Preferred
P.E. license preferred, Indiana
Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3-D, hydraulic modeling software (HydroCAD or similar), preferred
