Responsibilities
Deliver effective interaction design solutions in a fast-paced environment
Create journey maps, wireframes, UI specifications, audits, heuristic evaluations, taxonomy recommendations, task flows, and prototypes
Identify friction points in the ecommerce experience and produce solutions/tests to optimize each aspect of the funnel
Rapidly produce multiple design solutions for experiments
Qualification
Required
6 years of experience in interactive design and user experience
3-5 years within the Ecommerce domain, experience around site optimization and high transaction websites for features like product lists, product page, checkout, etc
Deep understanding of what drives Ecommerce KPIs
Strong visual and interaction design, with deep proficiency in Figma
Experience designing for experimentation, CRO, or KPI-driven product teams
Passion for site optimization and experimentation
Ability to rapidly produce multiple design solutions for experiments
Comprehensive understanding of UX principles and best practices; able to bring a strong UX POV to the table
Strategic thinker and ability deliver tactically
Proven record of impactful optimization improvements
Strong organizational skills to manage fast-paced schedule and project work
Able to contribute to a strategic vision for Ecommerce improvements
Excellent communicator and presenter
