Responsibilities
Manage daily and weekly cash flow across multiple offices and entities
Oversee bank accounts, liquidity, and cash positioning
Track deposits and manage payment timing
Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Provide leadership with financial insights and performance tracking
Play a key role in billing oversight for government and commercial payers
Support complex reimbursement environments (Medicaid, managed care, insurance)
Partner with operations to improve billing accuracy and collections
Assist with payroll oversight related to billing and reimbursement cycles
Oversee AR processes, aging, and collections tracking
Monitor payer trends, denials, and cash conversion cycles
Manage AP workflows and vendor payments
Strengthen systems, controls, and reporting around receivables and payables
Help build scalable financial processes as the company grows
Support internal controls and financial procedure documentation
Collaborate with external accountants, payroll vendors, and financial partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong Excel and financial systems skills
Solid understanding of financial statements
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Professional communication skills and maturity
Preferred
CPA or CPA track is a plus, but not required
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
