Responsibilities

Support the SLS Program Planning & Control Office in accordance with PWS 6.1 (General Programmatic SME Requirements) and PWS 6.2.8 (MSFC Programmatic SME Requirements)
Perform assessments of large-scale aerospace programs and projects, including performance analysis at both Program and Element levels
Advise senior decision-makers by analyzing and evaluating programmatic and element performance metrics
Provide consulting and mentoring support to the SLS PP&C Integration Team
Provide consulting and mentoring to the Spacecraft and Payload Integration and Evolution (SPIE) Element PP&C team
Interface and collaborate with senior personnel at MSFC, SLS prime contractors, other NASA centers, the Department of Defense, industry partners, and academia as required
Prepare and deliver programmatic analyses, briefings, and documentation supporting leadership decision-making
Monthly activity reports summarizing briefings, documents, and analyses performed
Oral status reviews and briefings to SLS Managers, as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 35 years of experience in a related technical or programmatic field
Extensive experience conducting program and project assessments and performance analysis
Demonstrated ability to advise senior leadership and mentor multidisciplinary teams
Strong written and oral communication skills, including executive-level briefings
