Responsibilities
Investigate billing disputes (BBFs) and late fees, advising operations on acceptance or rejection
Negotiate payment terms, extensions, and penalty waivers with suppliers
Resolve energy and water disconnection notices, identifying root causes and preventing service interruption
Request missing invoices and ensure proper processing
Update Enel registration data with suppliers and maintain internal login/control records
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Ability to communicate in English in writing
Background in Supplier Management, Accounts Payable, or Utility operations
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High autonomy, accountability, and attention to deadlines
