Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 onsite IT support for escalated issues from Service Desk
Troubleshoot and fix issues related to Windows 10/11, laptops, docking stations, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity
Support Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, OneDrive
Assist with device setup and deployment using SCCM / Autopilot
Support Citrix and Jabber related user issues
Help with IT projects such as office moves, new branch setups, and hardware rollouts
Maintain ticket updates and follow IT policies/standards
Qualification
Required
