Responsibilities
Manage research and development activities related to the design, enhancement, and qualification of products and solutions
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements and transition products from development to commercialization
Assist in determining product delivery and deployment schedules for new releases, feature updates, and maintenance cycles
Act as a technical consultant to the operations team, leading testing and evaluation of innovative technologies
Ensure technology and product specifications align with business objectives
Oversee product delivery schedules and tasks across all aspects of product development
Develop and maintain a centralized inventory of products, solutions, and applications
Capture and track operational initiative updates in compliance with reporting standards
Monitor input from business units to ensure products meet functional and performance requirements
Identify opportunities for improvement and lifecycle replacement needs and prepare documentation for leadership
Collaborate with business intelligence teams to develop dashboards and reporting tools
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created and maintained
Gain detailed knowledge of operations to support decision-making and implementation
Support state response efforts during emergencies to ensure continuity of operations
Perform other duties as assigned
The Product Development Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of products, solutions, and applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and the operations roadmap
This role coordinates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions and acts as a liaison between operations leadership and technical teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the tech industry, product engineering, operations, technology integration, or related fields
