Aerospace Precision Fabrication Technician
Re:Build Manufacturing is a mission-driven manufacturer specializing in aerospace-grade quality components. The Aerospace Precision Fabrication Technician will operate Wire EDM and Bridgeport milling equipment, ensuring precision and adherence to AS9100 quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
Run Wire EDM equipment to produce precision parts and tooling
Execute Bridgeport milling operations and operate WEDM machinery with confidence
Set up materials for CNC milling; support first-part qualifications on 3 & 5-axis routers
Read customer drawings and hold tight tolerances to AS9100 quality expectations
Use metrology instruments properly to validate features and dimensions
Carry out small production runs; troubleshoot to maintain throughput and quality
Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; follow safety procedures
Participate in Lean initiatives and assist with additional production operations as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Wire EDM
Computer literacy
Detail orientation
Problem-solving mindset
Passion for quality work
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to meet production deadlines
Language ability to read, write, and understand English
Preferred
Associate's degree or STEM-equivalent experience
Bridgeport milling familiarity
CAM software exposure is beneficial
