Responsibilities
Leads Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and adhere to the framework
Guides the team and organization on Scrum principles, values, and practices, promoting self-management and teamwork
Proactively identifies and removes obstacles (technical, organizational, or interpersonal) that hinder the team's progress
Shields the team from external distractions and scope creep to maintain focus on sprint goals
Helps the Product Owner with backlog management and understanding their role
Encourages experimentation and adaptation during retrospectives to enhance processes and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, related field or Business with a strong understanding of software development
Must have completed or be able to complete a Tier 1 National Agency Check and be successfully adjudicated to occupy a Public Trust position
Minimum of 5 years' experience developing and maintaining AI solutions
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Excellent oral, written, and communication in English
Must be able to work in a team environment with members that include personnel from other companies, Government program management and administrative personnel, and technical staff members
Must be able to perform with minimal management oversight and have strong time management skills
Preferred
Knowledge and expertise with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Knowledge and experience with developing Product Backlogs, defining sprints, developing Sprint Backlogs, and monitoring progress
Experience with tracking progress through the use of Burndown charts and/or velocity reports
Knowledge and experience with facilitating retrospectives
