Responsibilities

L2 production support for Java applications on AWS
Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL‑based)
Application performance and cloud monitoring (APM and AWS tools)
Root cause analysis (RCA) and post‑incident review leadership
Regulatory and security compliance (SOX, PCI‑DSS)

Qualification

Required

L2 production support for Java applications on AWS

Preferred

Knowledge of mainframe modernization strategies and tools
Experience with z/OS Connect for API enablement and integration
Familiarity with AI/ML integration into mainframe environments
Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures involving mainframe systems
Experience with DevOps practices for mainframe (CI/CD pipelines)
