Responsibilities
Prepares backup for customer invoices quickly, accurately, and with little to no direct supervision required
Assist financial management team and project managers with ad-hoc report preparation when requested
Edit and format reports in MS Word, Excel, and PDF format
Update and audit accounting spreadsheets and databases; perform data entry
Prepare expense reports
Other duties as assigned
Must be able to work between the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of invoicing and project coordinator experience
Ability to work and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Self-motivated
High degree of organizational skills
Ability to recognize efficient solutions
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), college degree preferred
