Responsibilities

Serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for managing client data through the eDiscovery lifecycle
Acts as an ambassador for DISCO, representing the company's values and solutions to clients and at client functions
Builds strong relationships and establishes open communication with clients, ensuring their understanding of DISCO usage, status reporting, and core product functionality
Communicates project milestones and updates to DISCO Project Managers and clients, ensuring smooth and transparent project progress
Designs and implements review workflows, while overseeing the administration of DISCO databases to facilitate efficient data management
Develops advanced knowledge of the DISCO platform and its capabilities to provide clients with expert advice on best practices for early data assessment, document review, production, depositions, and trial
Conducts product training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support specialists to enhance their proficiency in utilizing DISCO's tools and features
Collaborates with cross-functional team members, including other Project Managers, Forensics, Data Operations, Disco Desk, and Client Success, to address challenges, find effective solutions, and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
Provides valuable feedback and communicates feature requests to the product and engineering teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of DISCO's offerings

Required

5+ years of eDiscovery project management experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or service provider
5+ years of working knowledge with one or more industry standard eDiscovery platforms, such as DISCO, Relativity, Recommind, or Concordance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail, organization, and responsiveness
Successfully able to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical-thinking skills to troubleshoot technical challenges and craft creative solutions
Committed to providing excellent service and support, both internally and externally
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, scope, and technology
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Authorization to Work in the U.S.: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

1+ years experience working at a consulting firm or provided consultative solutions in eDiscovery
1+ years experience working for a litigation support group at a law firm/corporation or working closely with lit support groups in your previous roles
1+ years experience with data collection and processing software
