Responsibilities
Visual Asset Oversight: Support the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive visual asset system. You will oversee daily usage rights requests (URRs), manage Bynder taxonomy, and ensure legal and licensing compliance
Design Governance: Define and maintain brand-approved standards and usage guidelines. You will act as a reviewer and approver for assets before they scale across global platforms
AI Strategy & Innovation: Lead the integration of AI tools into the brand ecosystem. You will establish governance frameworks for AI-generated imagery and ensure all AI outputs are refined to meet brand quality and ethical standards
Vendor Leadership: Partner with external illustrators and agencies, providing creative direction and guardrails to ensure their work aligns with internal visual systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX, Brand Strategy, and Legal teams to integrate visual assets consistently across all channels and support brand training and enablement
Qualification
Required
Design Expertise: A strong foundation as a Designer or Art Director with a deep understanding of visual systems, illustration, and iconography
Strategic Leadership: Ability to set creative direction and oversee governance rather than focusing solely on hands-on production
Tech Savvy: Practical experience with AI design tools and workflows, balanced with strong judgment on their appropriate application
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint; familiarity with Sketch and Figma is preferred
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage vendor relationships effectively
