Assistant/Senior Assistant Director of Admission

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is seeking an Assistant/Senior Assistant Director of Admission to recruit and enroll students in graduate and professional level programs. Responsibilities

Advise students, parents, and institutional partners on admission into a variety of programs at MCPHS throughout the application cycle
Take a creative approach to enrollment through strategy, educating prospective students on benefits and differentiators of their program and an education at MCPHS
Become familiar with all transfer and graduate offerings and assist admission colleagues responsible for those populations with aspects of recruitment when necessary
Conduct extensive outbound calling, email, and texting campaigns at various stages of the application cycle
Review application credentials for applicants from a variety of programs, and become familiar with pre-requisite and admission requirements for all transfer and graduate programs
Conduct Information Sessions, appointments, and tours, in-person and virtually, for various populations interested in transfer and graduate programs
Identify and establish professional connections with new and existing partners locally and nationally, and travel as needed
Assist with recruitment events for prospective students
Other related duties as assigned by the Director of Admission

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years' experience in admission, higher education, or related field
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate and market programs across all campuses
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to thrive in a customer service role
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
A valid driver's license
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
