Responsibilities
Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Establish and manage project governance, risk, and reporting frameworks
Drive process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence
Partner with Quality, Clinical, Compliance, and Vendor teams to ensure alignment
Deliver clear status reporting, issue escalation, and change management
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of Project Management experience in Pharma/Biotech/Clinical Research
Strong experience with Quality Governance, GxP environments, and GCP
PMP / PMI or equivalent Project Management certification
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex initiatives
Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, Excel, SharePoint
