Responsibilities
Architect and prototype enterprise compliance automation aligned to published technology standards
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for JVM and containerized applications
Lead automation for deployment, certification, configuration, testing, and production releases
Establish and govern technical policies, controls, and compliance reporting frameworks
Partner with enterprise stakeholders to define issue-prevention and resiliency strategies
Prototype solutions using Python, Go, SQL, Excel, HTML, and Confluence
Implement modern release strategies such as Blue/Green and Canary deployments
Enable container and infrastructure automation using Terraform, OpenShift, and VM platforms
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in application/platform architecture and design
Proven expertise in CI/CD automation for Java VM and containerized applications
Hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub/SCM, Sonar
Hands-on experience with Java development, SQL & NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with Terraform, OpenShift, VM deployments
Hands-on experience with Blue/Green or Canary release models
Experience with technology governance, compliance, and policy enforcement
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Python, Go, SQL, Excel, HTML, or Confluence
Knowledge of Machine Learning, Data Science, and LLM concepts
Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise banking environment
