Responsibilities
Drive a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a “first time fix.”
Delight customer’s in all aspects of the job by driving increased throughput, decreased downtime, regular instrument maintenance, and regular upgrades to their equipment
Diligently close out customer service requests using our computerized service management software system
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent OR equivalent military experience (working on any mechanical, technical, or any related instruments.)
2+ years of technical experience with electronics / electrical / electromechanical repair
Strong computer skills with literacy in Microsoft programs
Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 30 lbs. unassisted
Preferred
Associate Degree in mechanical/electrical field
Prior field service experience with particle counters a plus
