Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support for Manhattan Active (WMS/OMS)

Manage incidents, problems, and service requests following ITIL best practices

Perform root cause analysis , troubleshooting, and permanent fixes

Ensure SLA compliance through collaboration with clients and internal teams

Document solutions and maintain knowledge base and support processes

Support patches, upgrades, and performance tuning in production

Participate in on-call rotation for critical issues

Qualification

Required

2+ years hands-on experience with Manhattan Active (WMS/OMS preferred)

Strong experience in RUN / post-implementation support

Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)

Experience with SQL, APIs, and integration troubleshooting

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

Knowledge of retail supply chain processes

Familiarity with cloud-based Manhattan Active architecture
