Responsibilities
Review data and the association between data sets to determine to verify and document the business rules used to generate the output
Work on multiple projects at the same time involving multiple data sources, business groups, and vendor partners
Present findings or translate the data into an understandable document
Communicate complex ideas clearly, translating between technical and non-technical teams
Adapt to a changing environment during a project and present data based on analysis results
Ensure attention to detail in analysis to include and report on all available information
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
3-5 years of experience with data models, star Schemas, data mining, and segmentation techniques
Understanding and documenting business rules from data analysis
Strong knowledge of and experience with of databases and programming
Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
Preferred
XML, JavaScript
Oracle, SQL
PL/SQL experience writing their own scripts not canned scripts
Local, state, or federal government experience
