Responsibilities
Oversee entire project workstreams and ensure rigorous quality control across all deliverables
Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance on analysis and fostering professional development
Lead client presentations and manage interactions with lawyers, regulators, and C-suite audiences
Master 'data storytelling' by translating complex financial and technical findings into persuasive narratives
Support Practice Leaders in strategic growth initiatives and the development of new service offerings
Qualification
Required
4–5+ years of experience in investigations, litigation, or regulatory compliance projects
4-6+ years of experience using SQL and Python, preferably with additional experience in Tableau, Power BI, R, and / or cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, etc.)
Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex client expectations
Strong business acumen paired with advanced technical proficiency in SQL and Python
Exceptional communication and presence, with the ability to articulate complex ideas with confidence, to both internal and external stakeholders
Highly adaptable and able to thrive in an environment that demands 'Collaborative Lateral Thinking.'
