Responsibilities

Own Application Lifecycle Management: manage the implementation, upgrades, patching, decommissioning and vendor management to achieve and maintain Level 4 maturity
Technical Expertise and Guidance for Delivery of Projects and Integrations: provide technical expertise and guidance to teams for the delivery of application projects and integrations; coordinating across teams to achieve objectives
Support SAFe delivery: operate on a cadence utilizing Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Continuous Exploration and Continuous Delivery practices across Product Owners, architects, technical staff, Project Managers, and offshore partners
Modernize SDLC: embed AI‑assisted development, mature CI/CD practices, automated testing and code review to accelerate delivery and quality
Reduce technical debt: prioritize, track and remediate debt to lower recurring incidents and improve maintainability
Operate & support: ensure availability, monitoring, incident response and user satisfaction for enterprise applications as per service levels
Provide leadership to both internal teams and external vendors, overseeing and guiding technical staff through effective management and mentorship. Oversee budgets and SLAs
Ensure security & compliance: partner with security and audit teams to maintain controls and support audits across all applications in the portfolio

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
Over seven years' experience in enterprise application delivery and support; over three years leading technical teams or programs
Deep technical experience across multiple application development, integration and Industry 4.0 technologies
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and budget management skills
Management of distributed teams across global time zones

Preferred

Experience with SAFe, integrations, CI/CD tooling, ALM maturity programs, and technical debt reduction
Agile Project Management, ITIL
