Responsibilities

Sustain brand standards within the system while coordinating image runtime schedules and overseeing system monitoring and upkeep
Communicate regularly with the E-Commerce vendor and administer user profiles to ensure smooth operations
Train staff on applicable system use and report system metrics to leadership at predetermined intervals
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve product visibility and sales
Oversee the input, maintenance, and updating of product information across the RDS Perm POS platform
Work with IT, software vendors, and supplier vendors to implement enhancements or integrations to the RDS system
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 3 plus years of related experience in Graphic Design or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of specific experience
Certificate in Computer Graphics or related field
Knowledge and ease of use for MS Office Suite and graphics software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat)
Proficient with PCs and MACs, file hierarchy, naming conventions, file types/formats and conversion factors (raster to vector; bitmap to GIF, TIF, PNG, etc.)

Preferred

Master's Degree
FTP management
Experience in system configuration, HTML/XML, large format digital printing, and proficiency in ONYX HUB/Thrive
