Responsibilities
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
Design and implement security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and related tools
Perform threat analysis and vulnerability assessments
Lead incident response activities, including containment and recovery
Monitor security systems and logs to detect and address incidents
Partner with IT teams to integrate security across infrastructure
Evaluate new security technologies and provide security awareness training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years of cybersecurity engineering or related experience
Experience developing security policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of threat analysis, mitigation, and incident response
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Firewalls, WAF, EDR, DLP, Cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP), SIEM, IAM, or PAM
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in OT/industrial control or SCADA environments
Security certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or similar
