Responsibilities
Provide sustainment support for the existing HxGN EAM configuration
Support asset and work management processes (Work Orders, Planning, Equipment, etc.)
Troubleshoot system issues and support end users
Develop and maintain FlexSQL, Dataspys, KPIs, Queries, and Inboxes
Extend HxGN EAM using the Extensibility Framework
Support requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and testing
Assist with reporting, training materials, end-user training, and go-live support
Provide technical guidance for integrations and mobile solutions
Consult on asset management best practices (maintenance, inspection, reliability)
Qualification
Required
10+ years of HxGN EAM (Infor EAM) experience (v11+)
5+ years hands-on experience with Extensibility Framework
Strong experience developing and implementing FlexSQL
5+ years leading or supporting EAM implementations and delivery teams
Strong understanding of enterprise asset and work management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
2–3 years' experience in Railroad / Transit industry
