Responsibilities
Oversee the VNA analytics work queue, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of analytical outputs
Manage the VNA and ENVI onboarding pipeline, ensuring all onboarding deliverables are completed on schedule and to standard
Provide regular updates to leadership, including monthly performance metrics, operational insights, and progress against key initiatives
Lead and facilitate calls and presentations with internal and external partners to address complex challenges, deliver innovative solutions, and identify actionable opportunities
Actively gather and incorporate feedback from Sales and Account Management teams to continuously improve service quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Identify, help design, and implement process automation opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across analytical and onboarding workflows, leveraging emerging tools and technologies where appropriate
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage assigned analysts, including ongoing coaching and performance management
Monitor and evaluate team performance against established goals and KPIs, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded
Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards by maintaining and improving quality control processes
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that drives engagement, accountability, and professional growth
Qualification
Required
5 or more years' relevant experience required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
Ability to effectively communicate and influence all levels of the organization
Ability to promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity
Preferred
Relevant degree preferred. MHA or MBA a plus
Broad knowledge of Vizient portfolio of products and services a plus
Experience developing and managing a high performing team of professionals preferred
