Responsibilities

Individual with expertise in cell culture, mice handling, and a wide range of molecular biology techniques
Extensive experience in culturing and maintaining various cell lines
Hands-on experience with animal models, particularly in performing surgical techniques, injections, and sample collection from mice, such as blood and tissue
Monitoring animal health, behavior, and overall well-being, ensuring appropriate housing and environmental conditions for the success of experiments

Required

Individual with expertise in cell culture, mice handling, and a wide range of molecular biology techniques

Monitoring animal health, behavior, and overall well-being, ensuring appropriate housing and environmental conditions for the success of experiments
Knowledge in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, western blotting, SDS-PAGE, and protein analysis methods
Required experience with tissue processing methods like perfusion, brain isolation, and cryo-sectioning
Proficiency in immunocytochemistry and immunostaining
