Responsibilities
Interact with employers via email, telephone, and other communication methods
Determine employer eligibility for a VSP account
Set up and maintain employer accounts
Establish and manage account users
Assist users with access to the employer ePortal
Update account and user information
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Advanced computer skills aligned with the job description
Ability to multitask and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions
Ability to resolve issues by gathering and analyzing data, reasoning logically, and drawing valid conclusions
Strong customer relations skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
