Responsibilities

Own and maintain a single, authoritative enterprise technology collision roadmap spanning all platforms, products, programs, and major initiatives to reduce compression risks, resource contention and disciplined sequencing of technology deliverables
Track all in-flight, approved, and proposed technology deliverables, including dependencies across all technology applications, data platforms, infrastructure, security, and third-party vendors
Identify and continuously assess points of collision, where multiple initiatives converge on: The same business unit or operational team; The same customer segment or journey; The same technology platform, vendor, or shared service
Surface trade-offs, sequencing options, and capacity constraints to executive leadership
Design and implement automated tracking and reporting of technology initiatives, milestones, and dependencies using enterprise portfolio, delivery, or agile tooling
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across project, product, and platform teams
Establish and/or leverage Arvest and industry standard definitions for milestones, readiness checkpoints, and delivery confidence indicators
Enable self-service visibility for executives, councils, and delivery leaders
Effectively influence project, product, and platform teams to refine delivery plans with an emphasis on: Reducing unnecessary delivery compression; Improving sequencing and dependency management; Aligning delivery windows with business readiness and change capacity
Facilitate cross-initiative milestone alignment to prevent downstream conflicts, rework and/or unplanned throw-away work
Drive disciplined planning and re-planning cycles as priorities or constraints change
Serve as a key advisor to technology, business, and enterprise governance councils such as PPMC, ITC and CMRC, providing clear insights into delivery risk, timing, and convergence impacts
Prepare executive-level materials that clearly communicate: Technology Enterprise Roadmap health and confidence; Delivery bottlenecks and collision points; Recommended actions, sequencing changes, or decision escalations
Partner closely with CIO, Deputy CIO, Head of Application Development, Head of Enterprise Data, Head of Enterprise Platforms, CISO, Product and Business leaders to align execution with enterprise strategy
Assess organizational and operational readiness as part of roadmap planning
Partner with Arvest internal teams such as HR, People, Organizational Change Management, etc. to highlight the cumulative impact of technology change on frontline teams, operations, and customers for supporting communications and training resources
Advocate for delivery pacing that balances speed with stability, regulatory compliance, and customer experience
Understand and comply with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training, adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity

Required

7 years of experience in technology delivery, portfolio management, enterprise planning, or large-scale transformation within financial services or similarly regulated industries
Proven experience managing or orchestrating complex, multi-initiative technology portfolios across diverse teams and platforms
Strong understanding of technology delivery models (Agile, hybrid, waterfall)
Strong understanding of platform and shared-service dependency management
Strong understanding of enterprise change and delivery risk management
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority at senior and executive levels
Banking knowledge
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience implementing or operating enterprise portfolio management (EPM), agile portfolio, or roadmap tooling
Background working with complex technology solutions with integrations with core banking, payments, data platforms, or regulated customer-facing systems
Experience partnering with PMO, Product Management, Architecture, and Change Management functions
Relevant work experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement
Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, any SHRM-CP or SCP, Organizational Change Management or Conflict Resolution certifications
