Security Account Manager

The role involves handling client issues, managing billing, analyzing data, and delivering detailed presentations to enhance the client's security services.

Responsibilities

Handle client or team issues and emergencies
Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts
Improve the client’s security program for long-term success
Meet and maintain contracted KPIs
Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding
Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs
Creating and maintaining schedules in workforce management software (Winteam) in an effort to fill open posts and control site non-billed overtime
Maintain employee payroll
Issue corrective discipline as needed
Ensure employee compliance with mandatory training requirements, including KNET modules and CPR certification
Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines
Update and maintain site post orders
Update, maintain, and reconcile timekeeping data

Required

At least five (5) years of experience in security, three (3) of those years being in a supervisory type role
Open availability, with the understanding that this role may require coverage outside of normal working business hours
Ability to pass and ace an extensive screening process
Must be over the age of 21
Able to obtain a security license
Experience with creating and maintaining schedules
Tech savvy with good baseline knowledge of computers and software systems
Great leadership and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks at once
Good at building relationships, communicating, and paying attention to details
Professional, self-driven, and skilled in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
Positive, energetic, and good at strategic thinking
Experienced in managing projects and staying calm under pressure
Honest and ethical, aligning with our company's values
Skilled in writing reports, client communications, and instructional materials
Good at handling challenges and managing stress effectively
Excellent at written and verbal communication, customer service, and project management
