$19/hr - $21/hrTroon is offering a Golf Course Maintenance Internship at Links at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels, Maryland, providing hands-on experience in agronomy and golf course operations. Interns will work closely with the maintenance and agronomy team, gaining exposure to various golf course maintenance practices while contributing to exceptional course conditions and guest experience.

Responsibilities
Perform general landscape and turf maintenance using hand tools and powered equipment
Rake, maintain, and detail sand bunkers
Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and course detailing
Prepare soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative materials
Perform weed control and debris removal
Assist with daily golf course setup and presentation
Operate utility vehicles and small machinery for hauling materials and debris
Perform skilled agronomic tasks based on training and experience (e.g., pruning, plugging, aeration support)
Follow all safety protocols and operate equipment safely
Maintain awareness of coworkers and surrounding work areas
Perform other duties as assigned to support golf course operations
Qualification
Required
Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or related experience or training preferred (approximately one month or equivalent)
Valid driver's license
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying equipment
Regular and reliable attendance
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Professional demeanor in a hospitality-focused environment
