Responsibilities
Drive the creation of best-in-class software products that elevate the riding experience
Develop and communicate product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and rider needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution
Analyze customer insights, market trends, and product analytics to define success metrics and evaluate impact
Use data to inform decisions and prioritize features that deliver measurable user and business value
Serve as the central point of contact for your product area, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
Partner with UX teams to ensure seamless and intuitive customer experiences
Support go-to-market strategies and product launches with compelling messaging and positioning
Represent the product at industry events and support pre- and post-sale education efforts
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in software product management, ideally with connected devices
4+ years building products with a strong user experience focus
Experience working at the intersection of hardware and software
Deep understanding of the health, wellness, or athletic performance markets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence and inspire across teams
Strong product intuition backed by data-driven decision-making
Comfortable managing multiple initiatives at various stages of development
Business-savvy with a clear understanding of how products drive value
Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Passion for cycling to support product development
Willingness to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally
