Clinical Strategy & Market Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials to support consistent execution
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance program efficiency
Support compliance tracking and contract adherence efforts
Compile and validate program performance data for internal and external reporting
Coordinate communications with market teams, providers, and internal stakeholders
Prepare presentations and updates for executive presentations and working groups
Contribute to the development of knowledge hubs and best-practice repositories
Assist in capturing and sharing learnings from market implementations and network clinical engagements
All other duties as assigned

Required

2+ years in healthcare operations, program management, or strategy
Bachelor's degree required
Strong organizational and process-management skills
Proficiency in data collection, validation and reporting
Ability to interpret performance metrics and summarize trends
Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes or improve outcomes
Capable of managing multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively
Strong communication skills both written and verbal to work with multiple internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
Ability to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred

value-based care or clinical programs experience strongly preferred
advanced degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferred
