Responsibilities
Collaborate with visual, product, and interaction designers to prototype the future of the Intuit Expert Portal
Develop functional prototypes for concept proofing, user testing, and influencing development teams and leadership
Ensure a customer-centered design focus, deeply understanding users' contexts and needs
Foster a highly interactive, experiment-driven development environment alongside designers, product managers, and developers
Independently tackle challenging problems, leading the team with excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualification
Required
Profound Technical Design Principles expertise
Strong familiarity with modern JavaScript technologies and design tools (e.g., React, Figma)
Exceptional narrative storytelling abilities to inspire and drive the vision
Experience in design technology, UX engineering, or web development, preferably within the services industry or a technology-driven organization
