The role involves close partnership with various teams to enable safe and scalable AI adoption across the enterprise, with responsibilities including onboarding AI platforms and monitoring security posture.

Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding and integration of AI platforms, AI-enabled SaaS applications, and automation workflows into AI security tools, ensuring comprehensive visibility and coverage. (10%)
Configure, tune, and maintain security policies and detections to maximize signal quality and reduce false positives. (10%)
Continuously monitor AI runtime activity and security posture, identifying risks related to data access, agent behavior, misconfigurations, and policy violations. (10%)
Support AI-enabled platforms and services across cloud environments. (10%)
Partner with engineering, platform, and business teams to remediate AI security findings, providing clear guidance and operational support throughout remediation efforts. (10%)
Track and report remediation status, risk trends, and operational metrics to both technical stakeholders and leadership audiences. (10%)
Develop and maintain AI security operations runbooks, procedures, and response playbooks. (10%)
Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI security posture, control effectiveness, and remediation progress. (10%)
Assist in triaging and responding to AI-related security events and incidents in coordination with security operations and cloud operations teams. (10%)
Promote secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles through effective collaboration with AI product, data, and engineering stakeholders. (10%)
Contribute to continuous improvement of AI operational processes, monitoring strategies, and security tooling. (10%)
Troubleshoot AI SaaS based tools such as Glean, Prisma AIRS, TrueFoundry, and NadaN. Experience with policy tuning and enforcing is essential. (10%)
Qualification
Required
Experience with onboarding and integration of AI platforms, AI-enabled SaaS applications, and automation workflows into AI security tools
Ability to configure, tune, and maintain security policies and detections
Experience in continuously monitoring AI runtime activity and security posture
Support experience for AI-enabled platforms and services across cloud environments
Experience partnering with engineering, platform, and business teams to remediate AI security findings
Ability to track and report remediation status, risk trends, and operational metrics
Experience in developing and maintaining AI security operations runbooks, procedures, and response playbooks
Ability to define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI security posture
Experience in triaging and responding to AI-related security events and incidents
Knowledge of secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles
Experience contributing to continuous improvement of AI operational processes, monitoring strategies, and security tooling
Troubleshooting experience with AI SaaS based tools such as Glean, Prisma AIRS, TrueFoundry, and NadaN
