Responsibilities

Shape contracting approaches and influence growth strategy
Lead the proposal, negotiation, review, and management of a wide range of complex contracts and agreements, including government and commercial
Provide strategic contracting guidance that balances compliance with speed, agility, and competitive positioning
Make informed decisions in a timely manner, offer guidance, and work cooperatively with a multitude of organizations
Continue to grow a high performing and motivated team
Interface with customers, building strong customer relationships focused on shared success
Solve complex problems by actively seeking information and ideas from a variety of sources

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience to include: in-depth understanding of Government acquisition policies, regulations and proposal compliance requirements or a Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant professional experience to include: in-depth understanding of Government acquisition policies, regulations and proposal compliance requirements
Senior level knowledge in understanding and interpreting the FAR/DFARs and other U.S. Federal Government contract regulations
Experience in preparing and presenting briefings to senior level internal and external customers
Superior ability to apply functional experience and strategy to create effective contractual solutions
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite
Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Familiarity with Northrop Grumman Contracts processes and procedures
Extensive negotiation experience, to include incentive fee arrangements
Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret security clearance
