Commercial Sales Representative (B2B - Outside Sales)
360clean is a nationally recognized brand in the janitorial services industry, providing commercial cleaning and facility services. The role involves selling these services, prospecting new business, and building relationships with local businesses to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Sell 360clean’s commercial cleaning & facility services in protected territory
Prospect new business through outbound calls and email outreach
In-person prospecting and relationship-building with local businesses
Schedule and conduct walkthroughs with prospective clients
Present customized proposals and close new commercial service agreements
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
Preferred
1 to 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
CRM experience and territory management skills are a plus
Candidates with customer service experience and operations experience can often transition relationship skills to 'closing contracts'
