Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Service – Ensure clients receive outstanding home health care with compassion and reliability
Manage & Coordinate Care – Oversee scheduling, client needs, and service coordination
Build Relationships – Develop strong connections with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners
Grow & Expand – Manage and proactively increase your caseload to help more clients in need
Collaborate & Lead – Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees
Monitor Performance – Oversee key metrics and ensure efficient fiscal management of your caseload
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Required)
Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility & meet goals
Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow
Strong computer skills (EMR experience a plus!)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, home care, or medical office preferred
Supervisory experience is a plus
