Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams within the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) group

Analyze and document business requirements for Sales Performance Management systems, focusing on Salesforce and Varicent platforms

Lead requirement gathering sessions and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical participants

Configure, manage, and optimize Varicent systems to support business goals and process improvements

Perform business system analysis and administration within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging active Salesforce certifications

Support Agile product development cycles and contribute to project management activities

Map and document as-is and to-be business processes to identify and implement system improvements

Utilize expertise in business process analysis tools and SQL as needed

Adapt to hybrid work environments, collaborating effectively within Agile teams

Ensure all technical and business solutions are aligned with defined objectives and best practices
