TRIUMPH is offering an exciting opportunity for an Intern, Quality Engineer to join their Windsor, CT team. The Quality Engineer Intern will support a range of technical responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing production environment, providing practical experience related to their major.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying internal and external training needs designed to address competency gaps

Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs

Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks

Provide feedback to program participants and management

Engage in CI events including event brainstorming, organization, and presentation

Participation in First Article and Pre-MRB/MRB documentation/requirements

Assist area leads with identifying and implementing process improvements

Required

Rising Junior or Senior

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Good writing ability

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Engineering, Learning Development, or related field

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Demonstrated competency in data gathering and analysis and problem-solving skills

Possesses critical thinking skills with ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels in the organization
