Recruitment Coordinator
Russell Tobin is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate data, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (phone, video, and onsite) across multiple time zones and departments
Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruitment strategies and planning
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Google Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
