Supporting 25 locations, some overnight is required
Perform technical support remotely and on site
Build the relationship with your stores, be the main point of contact and set your schedule
Qualification
Required
Windows, Active Directory, Desktop Support: 1 year
Structured Cable, pulling, punch down, termination: 1 year
Willingness to travel: 75%
Customer service skills to all locations
Good driving record, background check performed
