The role involves optimizing ERP functionality, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various departments to enhance workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities
Act as an ERP system SME and liaison between IT, business teams, and external vendors
Assist in management of ERP configuration, maintenance, and enhancement activities
Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolutions, and communicate updates to end users
Provide user training and cross department support
Serve as first responder for ERP tickets within the ticketing system
Escalate issues to vendors when required
Maintain regular follow-up and ensure timely closure of open issues
Maintain user access, roles, and permissions for onboarding and offboarding
Create knowledge based articles for user education
Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance stakeholders to optimize workflows
Provide analytical insights supporting leadership decision making
Support acquisition integration, including data migration and onboarding
Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training
Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes to support company objectives and customer expectations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of ERP or data analysis experience or equivalent required
Understanding of SQL, Excel, data modeling, and analytics tools required
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
Effective communication and organizational capabilities required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Experience with SQL and scripting languages such as Python preferred
Experience with complex databases and integrations preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
