Business Development Intern
InterSystems is a global software leader that powers mission-critical systems in various sectors. They are seeking a motivated BDR Intern to support their Inside Sales & Business Development team, where the intern will learn about identifying target accounts, crafting outreach, and qualifying leads.

Responsibilities
Research target industries and identify key prospects
Assist with outbound outreach (email, call prep, LinkedIn messaging)
Shadow BDRs and learn live prospecting techniques
Support Salesforce data entry and lead qualification
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns and events
Qualification
Required
Current undergrad (rising sophomore–senior) or recent grad
Strong communication skills and curiosity about tech + sales
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Preferred
Interest in healthcare, data, or enterprise software is a plus
