Learning and Development Coordinator

They are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Learning & Development team, coordinating training programs and ensuring a consistent learner experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, and tracking for L&D programs
Maintain training calendars, events, and resources
Manage L&D tickets and inquiries, including basic troubleshooting, escalation, and follow-up
Manage L&D communications and content distribution using Constant Contact and related tools
Maintain learning resources, documentation, and knowledge repositories; assist with content updates and compliance tracking
Produce routine reporting and updates, including monthly L&D communications and participation tracking
Provide general administrative support to the L&D team

Learning Management SystemsMicrosoft OfficeCommunication SkillsOrganizational SkillsAdministrative Support

Required

Have previous Office or administrative experience
Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
Be able to work independently with little supervision
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
